Window Gleam Trowbridge Terms & Conditions

  • To make a booking you can call, email or use our instant quote and book form.
  • Every booking will be confirmed with a telephone call or text message to arrange a suitable date for your first clean.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time without reason.
  • If we are unable to make your appointment, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.
  • The quote you are given is a fixed price per clean at the frequency requested.
  • In order to process your booking, we upload your information to our customer management software, Squeegee. Their terms & conditions an be found at www.squeeg.ee.
  • You will receive a text message the night before every service.
  • We will clean all accessible windows frames, panes, doors and sills every clean.
  •  If your gate is locked upon arrival, we will knock to ask it to be unlocked. If you are not in, we will arrange a day to come again to complete the work where we can.
  • If the gate is left locked on a second occasion and we cannot access the back, you will be charge 75% of the full clean charge.
  • If for some reason we cannot access your property as we deem it unsafe, we will inform you and make arrangements to complete the clean on another day.
  • If your service was not completed on the day that it was arranged, we will make contact to arrange another day. This can happen due to various reasons including: weather, time, running out of purified water, home emergency (I have 2 children and also foster children often arrive without notice) etc.
  • You may cancel your service at any time up to the point of arrival.
  • To cancel your service, please contact lme via phone, text or email.
  • If your service is the same day please call or text ASAP. We may not receive an email in time to cancel that day’s service, and you will still be charged.
  • When cancelling, please let me know your name and address you wish to cancel.
  • You will receive confirmation of your cancellation. If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, please call me to confirm I have received your cancellation.
  • If I do not receive your cancellation before your property is cleaned, you will still be charged.
